Pictograph

Today in maths we learnt about pictographs. A pictograph is a graph that uses images and pictures hence the name pictograph. I already knew what a pictograph was so I did not learn anything.

I found it easy to have fun and make the graph but I found it hard to not have any fun.

UM learning journey Task 16

today for the UM learning journey I did Task 16. Task 16 was the answer is 25 gorillas what is the Questions. First I made a slide show to put the Questions on. next I put the questions. last I posted it on my blog.

Friends maths problem

Today in maths we did a Friends problem. The problem was if you wanted to be in where would you place you self using the rhyme " Ip dip sky blue who's in its you". I found a pattern for every number lower than 8 the number was either lower or equal ,but when it was 8 or higher it was always 8.

I found this easy once I had the just of it but when I had no idea what I was doing it was hard.

Maze

this term in maths we have been learning about directions. We created a maze on paper for our buddy to get through.First we drew the maze, next we directed our buddy through the maze.

I found it easy to draw the maze but I found it hard to work with someone I don't normally work with.
I enjoyed this because I got to learn about directions and have fun.

division

for the past week we have been learning division we were asked to make some thing to show how to do division in parts here is mine .

My statistics

for the past term we have been doing statistics .for statistics we were working on different types of graphs my favourite type of graph is a bar graph . I found doing some of the activates confusing and changeling but I found working with my friends easy and fun .
