gymnastics reflection

For the past few weeks in Hur 5 we have been working on gymnastics. I really enjoyed doing both the floor and the one where you jump of a mini trampoline onto a mat. I learnt how to do a flip on the parallel bars. Overall I think I did pretty well but I defiantly had a few things I needed to work on like building up my confidence so i can do things better along with building up my upper body strength. If I had longer to work on my gymnastics i would work on the bar because I don't have enough upper body strength to lift myself over the bar properly.

At some point I will put some photos on and explain them and what I was doing in them

Gymnastics

 Today in P.E we did gymnastics. The were multiple activity's that included , The bar ( which is the one I focused on ), Trampolining and the beam plus more. On the bar the main thing I did was flips but other people in the video did other things, I did front and back flips plus a one legged flip( don't judge I don't do gymnastics).
