This week in literacy we are using a would you rather question to show why we would make a decision . One of the questions were would you rather find the cure for cancer  or be famous . I found it easy to come up with what question I was going to chose but I found it hard to come up with reasons .

Narratives , characters and questions

This term for literacy we are looking at narratives , characters and questions and our prior knowledge on them .

Narratives  I know that narratives always have 4 , things an orientation , a sequence of events, a problem and a solution narratives also story .

Characters I know that there is always a main character and most of the time there are secondary characters . characters also have a personalty and character traits .

Questions there are 2 type of questions good readers usually ask think and search questions and right there questions .

Persist

For the past term I have been working on persist.I have placed my self in the blue because I can have fun in the learning pit and encourage others to have fun too .I found it challenging to write about the people that persisted and used the pit but I found it easy to decide where I was in the persist rubric .

How to make quality blog comments

For the past two weeks I have been working on how to make quality blog comments once we knew what we were doing we got given a challenge we had to make an animation about how to make quality blog comments . I found it easy to make the starting and the ending screen but I found it challenging getting the characters to the right size .

Water Cycle

This term we have been learning about the water cycle . there are four stages to the water cycle and they have a specific order the order is  evaporation , condensation precipitation and collection . The water cycle is important because if we didn’t have a water cycle we would have a drought because it needs to rain so we don't have a drought .  

Calendar art

for calendar art  this year we have learn how to blend colours with paint or pastel. I loved painting and mixing colours in calendar art  but it was hard to get perfect lines and not get paint all over me .I wanted to show you mine so here it is .
